One of my favorite snacks – it’s extremely low in calories yet filled with nutrients!
I’m talking about my banana wraps which are really easy to prepare but require a dehydrator for the preparation.
I like to fill them with almond butter, goji, cacao nibs and fresh fruit!
Ingredients
2 bananas
1/2 cup flaxmeal
1/2 cup water
1 tbsp cacao powder
Method
1. Blend all ingredients together
2. Spread on dehydrator tray forming small pancakes
3. Dehydrate for 7 hours at 120’F
