My everyday raw-nola

Get rid of those packaged boxes of cereals – this homemade raw vegan granola is the real deal!


2 cups gluten-free rolled oats

1 cup chopped nuts (almonds, walnuts or other)

1 cup shredded coconut

1/2 cup cacao nibs

2 tbsp cacao powder

2 tbsp coconut oil

3 tbsp chia seeds

2 tbsp maple syrup (optional)

1 tbsp maca

1 tsp raw vanilla powder

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1/4 tsp nutmeg

Pinch of sea salt


1. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl

2. Dehydrate at 115’F for 6 hours
