Falafels à L’Indienne

When curry met falafels, magic happened!! A tasty and flavorful easy recipe!

Ingredients

1 can organic chickpeas

1 tbsp curry powder

1/4 cup thinly sliced onions

1 clove garlic (I skipped due to my IBS)

3 tbsp brown rice flour

Pinch of cumin

Pinch of sea salt

Method

Blend all ingredients

Pan fry for 3 minutes at each side or bake for up to 15 minutes.
