Quinoa is almost all you need for this recipe! Yes true story!
Ingredients
1 cup quinoa
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
Herbs of choice, optional (I added 1 tsp Zaatar)
Method
1. Soak quinoa overnight or for 8 hours (cover in water)
2. Drain the water and add the vinegar then blend in a food processor (it will look like a pancake mix)
3. Bake for 15 minutes in a pizza dish (line it with olive oil)
