Spicin’up your oatmeal

An absolute explosion of flavors with a spicy kick – say goodbye to boring oatmeal bowls!

Ingredients

Oatmeal:

1 cup coconut milk

1 tbsp desiccated coconut

Handful of raisins

1 tbsp cinnamon + 2 cinnamon sticks

1 tsp cardamom

1 tsp nutmeg

1 tsp raw vanilla

1/2 tsp ginger

1/2 tsp turmeric

Simply mix and refrigerate overnight.

Caramelized banana

Lightly cover a banana with date syrup (use 1/2 tsp not more)

Heat up for 1 minute in a nonstick pan.
