A high protein breakfast or dessert option – vegan, gluten-free and organic!
Ingredients
2 cups black beans
2 chia eggs (2 tbsp chia + 6 tbsp water)
1 to 2 tbsp date syrup (I used only 1)
3 tbsp coconut oil (melted)
1/2 cup cacao (or carob; or mix carob & cacao)
1 tsp vanilla
Pinch baking soda
Method
1. Blend all ingredients (you can add chocolate chips or nuts after blending)
2. Pour into a greased pan and bake for 10 minutes
