The magic trio: banana, avocado & chocolate!
Ingredients
Crust
2/3 cup coconut flour
1/3 cup coconut oil
1 tbsp date syrup
Method
Combine well & bake for up to 6 minutes until it is lightly golden
Mousse
1 banana
1 avocado
3 tbsp coconut milk
1 tbsp date syrup
1 tsp vanilla
1 tbsp raw cacao
Method
Simply blend & pour on top of the biscuit crust
Topping ideas: shaved almonds, fresh fruit etc.
