Warm CCC (chocolate-coco-cake)



3 tbsp maple syrup or honey (more if you like it sweet)
1/4 cup unsweetened cacao powder
1/2 cup coconut flour and 1/2 cup shredded coconut
1/3 cup coconut oil (can also mashed banana, or applesauce)
2 tbsp nut milk of your choice
1 tsp vanilla extract
5 flax eggs (5 tbsp ground flax + 15 tbsp water) or 5 eggs
½ tsp salt
½ tsp baking soda


  1. Start by making your flax eggs. combine 5 tablespoons of ground flax with 15 tablespoons of water, mix and set aside for 10 minutes.
  2. In a bowl, combine the coconut flour, cacao, baking powder and salt. Mix until combined.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the flax eggs or eggs, vanilla, maple syrup, and oil until all of the ingredients are well blended. Using a hand blender, slowly pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until a batter if formed and no lumps remain.
  4. In a baking dish lined with parchment paper or sprayed with a non stick cooking spray, pour the batter into the dish and bake for up to 20 minutes.
