Ingredients
2 cups fresh cherries
2/3 cup coconut flour
2/3 cup almond flour
2 tbsp coconut nectar
4 tbsp coconut oil
2 tsp vanilla
¼ tsp cinnamon
Pinch nutmeg
Method
- Grease tart pan
- Cut cherries into thin small cubes, mix with 1 tsp vanilla, and add the cinnamon and nutmeg.
- Place the cherries at the bottom of the pan
- Mix all other ingredients and cover cherries
- Bake ~ 15 minutes until it turns golden. The cherries should be soft and gooey at this point
