Mothers’ Day Love


Celebrate Mothers’ Day with this healthy delicious treat!


2 cups fresh cherries

2/3 cup coconut flour

2/3 cup almond flour

2 tbsp coconut nectar

4 tbsp coconut oil

2 tsp vanilla

¼ tsp cinnamon

Pinch nutmeg


  1. Grease tart pan
  2. Cut cherries into thin small cubes, mix with 1 tsp vanilla, and add the cinnamon and nutmeg.
  3. Place the cherries at the bottom of the pan
  4. Mix all other ingredients and cover cherries
  5. Bake ~ 15 minutes until it turns golden. The cherries should be soft and gooey at this point
