Chunky Matcha Bounty

A flavorful healthy take on your childhood favorites!



1.5 cup coconut shreds

1/4 cup coconut oil

1 tbsp maple syrup or agave

2 tsp matcha

1 tsp raw vanilla extract

Optional: 1 tbsp coconut cream

Chocolate coating

1/2 cup melted cacao butter

1/4 cup mix of carob and cacao powder

1 tsp vanilla

2 tbsp date syrup


1. Combine all filling ingredients & blend ti get a sticky wet mixture then shape as you like (bars or balls) then store in the freezer

2. Meanwhile, melt the cacao butter using the double broiler method

3. Then combine with the remaining chocolate ingredients

4. Remove your matcha filling from the freezer and coat it with the chocolate before it becomes firm

5. Store in the fridge or freezer
