A healthy take on a childhood favorite!
Biscuit
Ingredients
2 cups oats
1/2 cup dates
1/2 cup coconut oil
1 tsp vanilla
Method
1. Blend, spread onto a pan and toast for 5 minutes or slightly more until lightly golden
2. Let it cool in the fridge for 10 minutes
Chocolate
Ingredients
2 cups dark chocolate (I make my own – you can check my blog but you can use high quality organic chocolate bars)
1 tbsp coconut oil
Method
Melt 2 cups dark chocolate + 1 tbsp coconut oil
Assembly
1. Pour chocolate over biscuit and stir (breaking the biscuit into small chunk)
2. Place mixture in another pan & store in the fridge
