A simple & healthy breakfast idea which you can slice & store in the freezer.
Ingredients
2 cups oats
1 cup nut milk (I chose almond milk)
2 ripe mashed bananas
1 cup strawberries (chopped)
1/2 tsp raw vanilla
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking powder
1 flax egg (1 tbsp ground flax mixed with 3 tbsp water)
1 tbsp date syrup
Method
1. Start by mixing the milk, banana, flax egg, date syrup. Then gradually add the other ingredients leaving the strawberries till the end.
2. Add the mixture to a lightly greased pan and bake for up to 15 minutes.
