Your weekend pancakes

Ingredients for the pancakes

2 cups oat flour

1 medium mashed banana

1 cup unsweetened almond milk

1 tsp baking powder

2 tsp raw vanilla

1 tbsp ground flaxseeds

1 tbsp white or cider vinegar

Pinch cinnamon, nutmeg, sea salt

Method

1. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl

2. Split into 4 portions

3. Pan fry each one on a greased pan (coconut oil) for about 2 minutes on each side – until bubbles appear and the sides become firm.

Ingredients for the Chocolate drizzle

2 tbsp melted coconut oil

2 tbsp cacao powder

1 tsp date syrup

1 tsp vanilla

Method

1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl

2. Drizzle all over the pancakes
