Fruity bliss balls

They’re light, fun and refreshing!! You can also spread it into cookies and top it with fruits – for kids and adults!

Ingredients

1 cup organic jam of choice (I used Organic Larder from Organic Foods & Café

1¼ cup coconut flour

¼ cup organic coconut milk

½ cup shredded coconut

Additional shredded coconut for rolling

Instructions

  1. Process all ingredients in a food processor into a uniform mixture. Allow it to sit for a minute.
  2. Meanwhile spread some shredded coconut on a plate.
  3. Use a 1 tbsp cookie scoop or just pick out even amounts of the dough with your hands and roll the mixture into balls. Roll each ball in the shredded coconut and set aside.
  4. Let them rest a few minutes and enjoy chilled!
