Weekend-Vurger

Ingredients

1 cup mashed sweet potatoes

1.5 cups red kidney beans

2 tbsp flaxseeds

1/4 cup oats

1/4 cup minced onions

1 tbsp tamari

3 tbsp water (and more as needed to blend)

Seasoning: 1/4 tsp of each of paprika, cayenne pepper, black pepper, onion powder and sea salt

Method

1. Blend all ingredients in your food processor adding water as needed to blend

2. Make 4 patties and bake for 15 to 20 minutes
