Mixed seeds clusters


½ cup sunflower seeds

½ cup pumpkin seeds

½ cup hemp seeds

½ cup flaxseeds

2 tbsp chia seeds (optional)

4 tbsp tamari

3 tbsp nutritional yeast


Mix all ingredients in a bowl.

Spread onto baking sheet.

If using the dehydrator, dehydrate for 3 hours at 140’F. if using the over, toast for 20 minutes or until crispy.
