Breakfast ice cream!


Vanilla Macadamia Ice Cream

1 can creamy coconut milk

½ cup raw macadamia nuts

½ cup pitted Medjool dates (soaked in hot water for 1 hour)

2 tbsp maple syrup

1 tablespoon vanilla extract


Blend all ingredients on high until creamy and smooth.

Freeze for at least 2 hours.

Scoop out and serve.
