
Ingredients
1 large oven baked sweet potato or 2 small
1 cup cooked quinoa
3 tbsp chickpea flour
1/2 cup cooked sweet peas
1 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp tomato paste
1 tbsp tamari
1 tsp of: onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, black pepper
Pinch of sea salt
1/4 cup thinly chopped vegetables of choices (broccoli, spinach etc)
Method
Simply blend all ingredients except the vegetables really well.
Once well mixed incorporate the vegetables.
Bake for up to 25 minutes until lightly toasted.
Don’t forget to flip them in-between.
