
Ingredients
3/4 cup mashed banana
1/2 cup almond butter
2 flax eggs
1/2 cup almond milk
1 cup oat flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp tapioca
1 tbsp coconut flour
1/2 cup mixed red fruits
Chocolate chips
Method
Start by mixing all wet ingredients then incorporate the dry ones , one at a time.
Pour in muffin tins & bake for 25 minutes.
Top with melted chocolate
