The best coconut biscuits


1 can sweetened coconut condensed milk

2 cups shredded coconut

1 tbsp flaxmeal

1 tbsp chia

Handful of chocolate chips


Combine all ingredients in a single bowl.

Shape into cookies.

Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden.
