Combine the ingredients, shape into cookies and bake for 20 minutes.

1 jar vanilla coconut yogurt (100/ 115g)
1/2 cup shredded coconut
3 tbsp coconut flour
1 scoop vanilla protein or 1 tbsp maple
Method
Mix and shape into balls.
Dip each ball into melted chocolate.
Refrigerate for 15 minutes before serving.
