Chia seeds are a great source of nutrients including iron, calcium, magnesium and many more!
Soaking overnight gives the best results but you could also prepare it up to 30 minutes ahead of time.
Ingredients
3 tbsp chia seeds
1 cup coconut milk
1 large banana
1 tsp raw vanilla powder
1 tsp maca
1 tbsp dried raisins
Toasted coconut chips for topping
Method
1. Blend the coconut milk with 1/2 banana, vanilla, maca
2. Move to a jar and add chia and raisins; combine well
3. Store overnight in the fridge and top with 1/2 banana and toasted coconut chips before digging in!
