Chocolate Bounty Cups

Ingredients

1 cup coconut powder

2 tbsp coconut oil

1 tbsp cocoa powder

1 tsp vanilla

2.5 tbsp coconut or date sugar

1/2 cup coconut cream

Method

Blend then pour into 6 muffin tins.

Place in the freezer for 30 minutes.

Then top with melted chocolate & freeze again
